South Downs Green Fair Success!

The South Downs Green Fair at the Sustainability Centre this May was a huge success. Thank you to all those that helped make it a wonderful day! Highlights included the children's parade with the theme of One Green Planet- with a huge planet made by students at Bedales School and a beautiful elephant made by one of our volunteers, Jen, a seed swap manned by Ashley, live music show casing local talent, chalk carving for children to get stuck in with using hands tools, Bushcraft demonstrations and wild cooking in the woods with Sean, lots of fantastic stalls with eco produce, the Beech Cafe's usually high standard organic food, and a questions and answer session with local green experts. Plus much more. If you missed it make sure you don't miss out next year!
